Cinnamon, Dried Strawberries, Ginger, Hibiscus, Nettles, Red Raspberry Leaf, Rose Petals

"Electrik Relaxation" Restful Sleep Tisane ~

Catnip, Chamomile, Hops, Lavender, Valerian 

 "Relax, Relate, Release" Pain Support Tisane ~

Ginger, Lemon Balm, Peppermint, White Willow Bark

Blue Lotus, Calendula, Dandelion, Hibiscus, Jasmine, Lemon Balm 

- Suggested Use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of your blend in 8oz. of hot water for about 10 minutes, cover your cup to preserve the integrity!  *
